Christmas and Window Ornaments Ornaments are handmade through a long and hard process. First clay is rolled out to a consistant thickness and the ornaments are hand cut from this slab. Once dry, the edges are sanded smooth. The ornament is then bisques fired, to give is enough strength to be glazed. They are then hand painted, giving each color 3-4 coats of glaze. Then there is 3-4 coats of clear glaze applied to give it a beautiful sheen. Finally, the ornaments are fired to completion. Each ornament is one of a kind and a truely unique piece of art.
